Are 2 hoops better than one?!<br><br>SATURDAY 14th JANUARY - 10.30am - 12pm<br><br>This 90 minute session will cover a few of the basic twin hoop moves. They are a proper workout for your arms and you'll possibly be able to feel new neural pathways mapping their way through your wonderful brain*. There's time to take things at your own pace and a proper good warm up and stretch out so you can take care of yourself duing the session.<br><br>Hoops are provided for the class. <br><br>* NB not quite science
